I cannot put into words how dear to my heart the lofts have become. I’ve lived here for 6 years. The building is a converted landmark and with that comes.. extra needs! But. With all the craziness and demands that it takes to run a property like this.. with such history and unique background.. I can promise you I have stayed because of the team here. People love to complain about the most basic of issue, but this team has gone over and beyond what it takes to make sure I feel appreciated and heard. I’ve tried to leave multiple times, and they respect and communication of the team here makes it extremely difficult to leave. I mean this. Speak to joy or Austin or Bryan or holly. They really, truly, care. They fight for you and have compassion. I love it here and I can’t thank the staff here any more. They are amazing. It’s a beautiful and unique building, and with all the potentially interesting problems that can come with that, they give you an actual luxurious service that truly feels like they cate Update: I sadly left the lofts after 6 wonderful years! I just want to update that this review still holds true. If anything it means even more to me now. I moved into a new home and I miss the lofts dearly. I still feel the love of the staff there even months after moving. I believe there is truly no better space to find yourself while living in Dallas. It’s a special place and the team makes it something that last with you.

Going on 3 years and I can say nothing beats the lofts at MBS! The staff treats you and your pet like part of a very large family. The amenities are amazing and the dog run area and nearby park are so awesome. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the maint team is really friendly too. They host events for the tenants often and spare no expense! My boyfriend actually won a 55in flat screen at a MBS holiday party once… who else can say that?! Oh and my patio is to die for. Can’t find anything like it anywhere!

My fiance and I have absolutely loved living here at the lofts so much we have renewed for an extra year! We honestly have nothing but, great and amazing things to say about living here. The Lofts at Mockingbird Station honestly check off every box one may have while looking for a place, the staff is super nice and friendly, the location is super convenient (super close to literally everything! Security and maintenance are quick to respond and always around, making the area very safe and our home that much more comfortable. These are just some of the things we have truly loved about living here we could honestly keep going on and on about how amazing it is to live here. The Lofts really do treat their residents the best and create such a wonderful community here. 10/10 would recommend!

Very cool and unique lofts. Awesome views! I loved living here. Super-friendly management. Super-fast maintenance. Truly, one of the best locations in The Big D. Unfortunately, I had to move due to a job relocation. I will forever miss my beautiful apartment. I highly recommended living here. Highly!
