Took my chocolate lab there…. To be honest the only nice thing was the actual pond lol, she loved that. When we pulled into the parking lot there was a few signs about dog safety, etc. there were no signs saying how many trails, how long, etc. we went down a trail. The bridges were broken. There was one bridge were my dog stepped and the end where she was on sunk INTO the water. The others were missing boards, deformed. Huge gaps and or shaky. During the trail there was no sense of direction. No posts etc. on top of that there was multiple trees that were fallen down into the path. And they have been there for awhile due to it rotting and growth on them i have huge slices on my legs from branches. There is also alot of swampy wet/muddy ground with no way to get through it as you sink into it. As we were walking a trail we were lead straight to someones back yard. Nothing blocking us or re directing us lol. There was also a decent amount of pet waste. All in all i would NOT recommend. We went to sessions woods instead

Very good

Trails are run down. Broken wetland bridges, large trees across trail and over grown. Needs some chain saw and brush cutter action.

Very scenic, lots of trails and foliage

There are no public set grills, but post quarantine there were benches and there doesn't seem to be any laws against using your own personal grill. there are three open areas that can be used for grilling, the rest is covered in foliage.
Hello Cassandra. I am pretty sure that I where I was. Ambler Rd. Is on the west (left side) of the pond. As it comes around the bottom of the lake, it turns into Cresent Dr., and that is where the gravel lot is. However, I did not see a safe way to get my kayak into the water. I guess I just won't go there to kayak.
No
I guess you could swim at the dam area but the water is really gross wouldn't swim in there if you gave me fifty bucks
