I asked for a non smoking room didn't get it. Then I got a room that the air didn't work. And I used the bathroom 1 time and my bathroom is backed up! Not cool! When I called the front desk they just told me I can leave. I gotta fly out tomorrow and this is horrible!!

Lady was rude from start, she double charged me, put us in a room that was not supposed to be rented, shower wldnt come on. Microwave did not work guy on day shift would not replace microwave was rude. Lied when asked about doublecharge so called booking. Then he finally refunded me. BRIAN ON 3RDS needs a raise! He was kind and best part of the stay. Housekeeping ladies were nice also.
