I literally was just signed up for maintenance and they came out for the first time today and did absolutely nothing. They did not even go inside my pool cage or skim the top of the pool. When I called in the most they had for me was a half hearted sorry as I’m told he was only here for 8 minutes with no attempt to make it right. I specifically signed up for the more expensive package and was assured they would vacuum and clean.
