One of the best apartments complexes I have ever lived. Clean and dependable if something messes up they fix it in a timely manner. The apartment manager is amazing and is very caring about your situation and even if she can't get you in she lets you know other places to try. She always answers the phone and if she doesn't she gets back to you very quickly. She has been by far the most professional and empathetic apartment manager I have ever had. Not only that but when someone is a menace to the neighborhood, or they are a felon and not allowed on property and causing disruptiveness she tells them to leave for the good of everyone else and then they go on Google and make different accounts and out bad reviews. In all honesty if I had to choose a place to live a million times over I'd choose mountain ridge. Not because of the really nice apartments but because of the quality care that you get from the staff.

Pretty on the outside but inner workings are terrible they refuse to fix anything there are constant break ins and the rent lady is the most evilest woman. I ever met in my life she walks in your appartment unannounced and solicit you for sex and when you refuse she will make up a lie to get you off of the property this lady is vile and evil to the fullest

Apartments are nice.. But the apartment manager Myra is a messy woman.. She lies. She don't answa calls when emergency. Nothing gets fixed on time.. It would be so much better if someone else was the apartment manager.. She's not dependable nor trustworthy
