Well, I don't really go there much anymore. I am happy they are super busy and doing well but I don't like waiting in a double wrap around to-go line for my food. And I don't like taking my family in trying to navigate through the car line. I also don't like trying to get the vehicle back out of the parking lot. So why did I give five stars? Food is consistent and tastes great every time. If you use the app it speeds things up for you to pickup. If you go to the one in the mall you don't fight the traffic line. And that's where I go, when it's convenient. Otherwise I don't go anymore. They were taking the playgrounds away before COVID. And my boys are to big now. Yeah, like I said...use the ones that are in malls, use the app, and food is consistent and tastes great.- Update 2/22 Still great.

Dissapointed. My first visit ever to a restaurant of this chainfood. And after that much hype pn Twitter and what else, got my teeth on a deluxe combo. The fries were regular, nice temp, nice taste. But man, oh man. The chicken was not beyond the poorest expectations, nothing more than a salty chicken, no flavor on the cover. Really a poor choice if you'd like to have a decent meal to fill your hunger. 2/5 stars because staff was cool.

Never been a big fan of Chick-fil-A. Don't get me wrong the food is good I just didn't believe the hype until this visit. Service was absolutely incredible. Staff was super friendly. And with as busy as they were, the plan that they have implemented in the drive-through works perfectly. So not only did I get my food quickly it was fresh and it was probably the best chicken sandwich I had ever eaten. Sorry Mom.
