They advertise placing an order on the app is suppose to be faster. However that’s not the case. I chose to pickup my food inside which should of been faster then waiting in a long drive thru line. Upon arriving though at 12:30pm their lobby was closed, so I had to wait in a long line at the drive thru to receive my mobile order. I would of went elsewhere if I had known I was going to have to wait in a long line to get my mobile order. What is the point of ordering ahead if they just gonna make you wait in line still? They need to take away the pick up inside option if they aren’t going to ever have their lobby open.

Waited 55 minutes at the drive thru with only 5 cars in line and took the order of 3 cars in a row in one lane before getting to the second lane. Only 1 person taking orders and was very rude and the food tasted like it was cooked 5 days ago. Very disappointing and this is what happens when you have a certain kind of president in office.

Sunday afternoon and no receipt. Would not open the window, and kept pointing to tell me to move on. No smile and no thank you. No date and time code on the fried pie when I received my order. No smile and no thank you. During the week this location is usually much better. They were managing their way to a two-star Sunday today.

They need to close down the 24 hour drivethru. Went last night, everyone had to order at the second window, had us all waiting in line, the guy in front was so mad because we all waited for about 40 minutes, then it was my turn, had to wait another 10 minutes for my food, just to get some nasty greasy, hard crunchy fries that looks like they’ve been cooked once then dumped back in the fryer, soaked in oil, oil everywhere in my bag. I got a refund for the two fries, I was looking forward to good fries after waiting 40 something minutes you know? Then fast forward to today, I’m sick with food poisoning just from eating a Big Mac from there 🤦‍♀️ I’m so mad. There were only two ppl working, the window girl looked high and the older lady getting stuff together was moving like molasses. Just needs to be shut back down the 24 hours before they come across the wrong one because this is awful, who can’t cook a batch of fries! Or change the oil!? Oil tasted like it was 3 weeks old 😖
