Absolutely rude staff! Asked if we were done after every single item we ordered, and didn't even let us finish our order before saying they'd see us at the window. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, look elsewhere.

Just stopped at Jack's on Winchester Rd...ordered a crispy chicken salad...I get them all the time...Today, I got maybe if lucky, 1/2 cup of lettuce and nothing was cut up, like always....and no knife...so how do you cut up chicken fingers, tomatoes..Do better Jacks...

EDITED!! I originally gave a 5 stars because at the time it was 5 stars but now I give 1 or 2 because service is bad now. We usually get the breakfast sandwiches but they never put mayo on there anymore. The bacon is not cooked very well. Bread not toasted and sandwiches are usually cold. I think we are gonna switch to another type of restaurant which nowadays service everywhere has become ridiculous. I live in South Huntsville and this location is one of the best places to stop for breakfast. The employees are very kind in the morning and food is always hot and tasty. There's not any restaurants in South Huntsville that has good service anymore so when I'm out towards Winchester Road, I stop to get breakfast at Jacks.

Unfortunately just like others have stated this place has gone downhill fast. Past 3 times I have gotten food here the whole experience was awful. Make the drive to a different location
