i asked a sarcastic question via emailed while annoyed and sleep deprived and got the most polite and best answer when i never expected to even get a response. PSE has yet to fail me with their customer service

They ripped me off for $300.00. They linked my old account and my new account together. Once they fixed that accounts they billed me for 300.00 more then my regular bill 6 moths later after moving. Sad that companies make mistakes and then customers pay for it. Also if u need them to be investigated call the UTC they might be able to help.
