DO NOT move here!! We moved here a couple of months ago and thought it was going to be a great year, but it has been a nightmare! My closet doors have broke in my laundry, pantry, and hallway closet! Dryer stopped working! I have had toilet issues as well as a huge spider,ant, and some green bug infestation. I have made multiple maintenance requests and have called the office multiple times with 0 to no help! How can you guys allow new tenants move into an apartment that hasn't been fixed barely clean after being promised it would by move in! Security is a joke! I have seen a security guard maybe once in the 2 months of being here and have multiple cars being broken into, stolen, busting gas tanks, stealing converters etc! You tell the office and they say we are sorry and they understand but they wont do anything to up security! we are paying them to provide us with safe living and I and multiple of my neighbors don't feel safe nor comfortable living here! Garbage is always over flowing and the area is dirty! Never any parking because they allow peoples cars sit for months with flat tires and expired tabs! I wish I could break my lease without penalty because I would be out of here within a day!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I moved in about a year ago. I have been dissatisfied with situations at times. This in no way is reflected on the staff or unit. The residents need to be held accountable for the way they act and live. I have enjoyed the team and my unit has had no issues. The small things were situated quickly and the whole team has been a pleasant experience by far. The pandemic has been hard on all businesses so there is no fault just the times being rough. I am only moving to get closer to work. But will smile on my time here.

Love the apartment until my I got new neighbors. They had some heavy feet. I prefer my old neighbors with the kid. All I heard with little feet running around here and there. With the new ones it was everyday. I also tried to get in contact with the office and i can never get ahold of them. I've send emails to get detailed information on what was being taking out of my security deposit since I left for deployment and the emails listed don't work. I definitely feel like I was being over charged for certain things.
