The staff are patient with you and caring! This place helped us with our VERY sick dog and assisted us to get him better!! Remember, this is a Sign In & Wait your turn clinic... so there's possibly a 4 hour wait.... they can call you when it's your turn so you can sign in and do errands or go to the dog park, communicate with them about the time frame. In a pinch definitely go to them! ❤️

They’ve always been nice to us. I think its not fair to rate them poorly because you have to wait for your turn. All the other vets are booked and they are never willing to see you on the same day. The vets and the aides and the receptionists are always professional. I really appreciate their team. Again it is a walk in clinic and you’re lucky we have such service in the area. If it wasn't for them we all would be screwed. The actual vet in Graham has a mean and rude lady at the front and then they are always booked at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Anyways, me personally feel satisfied and value this clinic.

The only complaint I would have is having to wait in the car for 3 hours but it's understandable with the covid guidelines so that's not against the clinic. Our boy is a big baby when it comes to certain situations, mostly cause when my boyfriend got him he didn't take him many places as a pup so he doesn't know how to act. But the staff was very patient and understanding, worked with him to get him into the room, onto the scale and during the whole exam without any signs of frustrations

Just all around great service. Helped take care of my 13 year old half wolf and half rott. She's only been to a vet to get fixed and shots. Besides that she roamed all our acres her whole life with her daddy tell he passed 5 years ago. She's got a big old shed with warming lights and bed. She loves outside. We try and bring her in and she ain't having it. They where patient and so careful with her. She got so comfortable she laid down with me. Thanks y'all

Preston how is that a sick question? You don't know the situation. Maybe her dog was suffering and it was the only option that was right for the dog.
Hi Renee! Great question, our exams are $54 dollars and an initial extra is $69. Give us a call if you have any questions.
I took 2 dogs and it a total of about 200 or a little less. They are fantastic
They really try to work with you on cost. But do not have their own payment plans. They do take Care Credit though.
Call them. No matter how much it costs I am sure it will be cheaper than anywhere else. Besides that they will give you the best care and support you could have while going through something like that. Honestly at the end of my visit the fact that they cared that they took time that they were friendly and efficient mattered. They care about you just as much as your pet. As all situations are pets are what matter most
Hi Jessica! Our shots for dogs are Dappvl/Dappv- $19, Bordetella- $18, and Rabies- $16. Cats are Frcpv- $21, Felv- $18, and Rabies- $16. All shots require an annual exam to make sure they are healthy enough to receive them.
Use to be $35.00 for your first visit but that is a one time fee.As for x Ray's sorry my pets never need one but you can call & ask them.
It's $40.00 now. But that includes registration for life.
You can but you'll have to start over as a new client. The clinics are not connected.
Hi Danielle! Our hours for walk in are Mon-Fri 9-6 and Sat 9-4. We stop exams thirty minutes before we close on all days. We only schedule appointments for surgeries drop off Mon-Fri at 8 and Sat at 7.
I recommend calling the clinic for your answer... I hope your sweet dog gets better. 🙏🏻❤️
You don't make an appointment at all. When you get there, you go inside and sign in, then wait in your car for them to get your pet.
$54 for a basic wellness exam plus whatever else they determine they need to do. Anything beyond that $54 is discussed with you before it happens.
They are walk in only. But get there early. They are first come first serve. And they can hit capacity really quickly sometimes.
They have muzzles. They will give you one to put on your fluffy. My chow gets an "attitude" at vet visits. She puts hers on as soon as we walk in.
Yes, right now its between 2-4 hours wait to be seen for initial visit.
I'm not Sure you have to call them. They are wonderful.
I couldn't tell you off hand, however if you check their website they should have a price list posted still.
Cat neuters are about 112$ and we do require a 50$ non-refundable surgery deposit that does go towards the total cost. Appointment only call 253-445-0808 to schedule.

No, they have you schedule an apt.
A normal cat spay without blood work and fluids is $169.19 that includes the procedure, pain injection, and a cone to go home.
Yes
I could be very wrong, but I believe they are cats and dogs only.
They price neutering according to weight. The shots will probably cost around $100 total, including the exam.
I think it's $45, but the first one is free if you register online.
We do nail trims $19-26 depending on the weight, anal glands $24, and sedated demats(full shave down).

If you come in early enough in the day we can do it same day, It just depends on how many pets we have brought back already and how much time they will take. If we dont do it the same day we schedule for the following day or whatever works for you. Thank you for asking!
Hello Alejandra! For his weight, it would be about $153. That includes the procedure, pain injection, a cone to go home, and pain medicine to go home.Give us a call if you would like to schedule!
Hi Kerri! It depends on weight and age. Give us a call for an accurate quote!
It all depends what needs to be done. Doctor has to do exam
Hi Amanda! Puppy shots start at 8 weeks. We like to start with an exam- $41, Dappv- $19, and some deworming- $9 for every ten pounds. Then as they get older you can add in bordetella-$18 and then rabies- $16. Dappv and bordetella require boosters that are based on age and breed.
Great question Heather! Dentals are very specific to each pet. It depends on weight, surgeon time, how many extractions, if they need dental xrays, if they need blood work and fluids, and pain medicine to go home. We require an exam- $41 to be able to give you an accurate estimate. You can walk in during our normal hours or schedule an appointment at 8:50am Mon-Sat for the exam and then the dental right after. Give us a call to schedule!
I just had my pup put down and it goes by weight. If the dog is under 49 pounds it will run you 175 bucks. After that it goes up. I'm sorry to hear you have to put your pup down.

Thats a vague question. There are too many variables to give a straight answer. I would call and ask.
Great question Adriana! We do not do pet licensing here but you can get it done at the Bonney lake City hall, Puyallup Animal Shelter, Metro Animal Services, and Sumner City Hall!

For something like that I'd go to an actual vet. I only trust this place for routine shots and wellness exams.
