This practice has gone down hill lately. I try to get medications (not controlled) refilled and we play phone tag, asking questions that should be in my chart. They also lost a provider and did not care about those patients, finally got a provider and is not in the patient portal to even contact. I have called for an hour straight and phone not answered... what had started this whole crazy is the provider wrote the directions wrong on rx and pharmacy would not fill..oh and I have had the pharmacy contact office twice and still have not received refill. I will be looking for a new pcp

Not quite sure what has been happening with this office the past couple of months. Scheduled a checkup with my doctor several months ago only for it to be canceled and pushed back. They rescheduled me for the 1st of June, 2022. This morning, on the 1st of June, 2022, the office emailed me at 7am cancelling my appointment AGAIN. When I had reached out to the office, they were unable to provide me with an explanation as to why the appointment had been cancelled a second time in a row. They did however inform me that they can reschedule me for September. Ridiculously unreliable. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new primary care office.
