Dr.Patel is a veteran and a amazing doctor. I've been seeing the Doc for over 5 years! I can't say enough about the staff they've always been nice to me!! I see him every month and it's always the same great service never sat in the waiting room longer then 30 minutes! Best Doc in Orlando.

A wonderful caring clinic. I can’t thank them enough for seeing me on such short notice! I will definitely see them again!

I never had a colonoscopy done here. One of Dr. Ramesh's office staff (Barbara) tried getting an authorization for the procedure the morning before my appointment, even though I'd had the appointment weeks before. The doctor that referred me is not listed as my primary on my insurance because I pay her out of pocket. It's more cost effective for me since I rarely go to the doctor, and I have insurance only for emergencies or important matters. Had the authorization been handled in a timely manner, then I could have done my due diligence and handled everything. Not ever having had this done before, and only really knowing my referring doctor, I did not realize she could not authorize it, even though she referred me. I've never heard of getting an authorization the day before any significant procedure. I called and spoke with Jennifer and asked to speak with the office manager, Janice. I was told she was off for the day. I explained to Jennifer the situation and asked to please connect me with someone with whom I could speak. I literally waited hours and never heard from anyone. Mind you, I'm supposed to begin prepping with the liquid and no one bothered being professional enough to follow up and take accountability for their part (getting the authorization when the appointment was made). I turned down work the following day because I was supposed to have the procedure done (which is a $650 loss), and on top of that wasted all day trying to resolve this in any way I could given the lack of time. Now the doctor's time will be wasted, as well as the surgical center and the anesthesiologist's. Unfortunately, this reflects extremely poorly on Dr. Ramesh. I've spoken with him and he seems like a lovely person, but the lack of organization, consideration, professionalism and care do not speak well of him because it is his staff. They are his representation. The offices are now closed since it's almost 5:30pm, and I never heard from Janice or Jennifer to follow up (I had called like 4 times starting at 10am) With the fact I needed to begin prepping and knowing patients can't eat all day, they all knew this was important and just left me hanging. I have had surgeries before and never have I experienced anything like this. The worst experience and I do not recommend them at all.
