Walked in and their front desk looks and feels like those small motels on the roadways. Two people working their and after a while playing games found out they forgot to schedule a doctor for my visit. Wow a doctor office and no doctor? What those two doing there? Seemed as they weren’t happy about their jobs. I don’t recommend them at all. I guess your staff not giving you the full story. I had an appointment for last week and my wife had to postpone it to today since I was out of town. This morning the lady at window didn’t remember at first but later she said she did speak with my wife. She also said she forgot about my appointment. Yes she did offer other day and time but I am very busy and can’t just go whenever. Remember some of us we have to work and follow a schedule.

I had gone to DR. Gordon for over 15 years and he used be one fine Dr. But that is no longer the case. His practice is barely, if even, run by him. He’s hired a completely incompetent staff to run the operations. They over charge me for my copay and then later SEND ME A BILL, saying I owed them money when they over charged me $100!! The don’t answer the phone, Gordon isn’t even in the building 3/5 days of the week, and when he is he sees you for 2-3.mins and then sends you on your way. This is the McDonald’s fast food service of medical care. Save yourself the headache, hassle, stress, and trouble of dealing with this joke of a practice and find anywhere

Worst doctor I have ever been to! Gave me 3 medications that are deadly when combined over a holiday weekend and never responded again when I called saying I was in the hospital. I also showed up there in serious pains couple times and was denied service when I was under 18 because my dad was at work and couldn’t come in with me even though he called and I was paying. The receptionist made me cry many times one of the meanest woman I’ve ever met. Never go here!

Horrible service. The doctor seemed all flustered while I was there. Said they were short staff but does not mean that they should take away from the person in front of them especially because I was the only one in the building. I called before I went to make sure they do blood draws there and they said yes but when I went she refused to do it there. I specifically asked her to call me if my cholesterol was high and they never did. Got my results in my email and some of it doesn’t even have results and still never received a call. Places like this is why I find it such a waste to spend hundreds of dollars to go to the doctor and get no help. No customer care. They don’t realize that people are spending money to get help and to just be thrown away is really an awful experience.
