The dr was great, but the nurse who was asking questions, and my 7yr old tried to answer, she snapped "you need to shut ur mouth so i can hear your mom" is not someone that needs to ever speak to my child agian, ill take her somewhere else, need be.

This is the 3 or 4 time we have tried to use this clinic and the people answering the phone are not the friendliest, it’s borderline rude!

They told me my bill was $85 and I was good to go. three months later I got a new bill in the mail for $200. I never would went there if I knew it'd cost that much! They're a bunch of scam artists! DO NOT GO THERE! they'll over charge you for 3 minutes of time... or you'll sit there for 4 hours cause they have 1 nurse and 1 doctor. EDIT: I guess their response of "looking into it" was all for show. Cause I haven't been contacted at all about the GROSS overcharge they did. What can you expect though? They are money grabbing. And they care about PR

I do not recommend this place! Apparently if you go in with signs and symptoms of a tick borne illness it is okay to wait a week for blood work to return. The blood work came back with extremely high antibodies and treatment wasn't rendered until a week later. The actual urgent care necer even called. The obgyn did. Horrible disease management and terrible follow through. Do better.
