5++++++++stars. I highly recommend Compass Pointe. Heather and her team were wonderful and all the arrangements were perfect. I had to do all this over the phone as we lived in Texas and my father in law lived in Florida. Heather guided me through the process. She treated us with compassion and just listened to me talk. I never felt rushed when talking to her. She gave me her cell phone and I was able to call and text her which was very nice. She was very accommodating to what we wanted. She made some wonderful suggestions which we incorporated also. Everything was beautiful. A compassionate and caring team.

Heather made a heartbreaking situation bearable. She was caring and compassionate. She took time (before and days after) the funeral to answer questions. She kept my family informed. While I hope I don’t need their services in the near future I will use them again when I need them.

Hello there, We currently offer a $695 cremation price for Orange and Osceola County for loved one at or below 250 pounds. Orange/Osceola County have a $35 permit fee and we charge $10 per death certificate. The total would be $750 (with two death certificates as an example) and you would pick up after everything is completed at our funeral home. Given the significant COVID issues and strain on the system, it is taking about 10 business days to complete everything.
We do offer posting on our obituary website for no charge. Many families choose not to post for privacy reasons but if you do, simply provide a write up and a photo and it will be posted at no charge.
No, they will work with you and you can pay as much as you can building up to your total amount. They were also the most affordable I could find. I had a unexpected death in the family and unfortunately not enough to do at once either
