My boys are not a fan of hair cuts. However, this place makes it fun and my boys forgot they were getting hair cuts. My boys didn't wiggle too much and the cuts were quick and done well. We will definitely be back again.

I'm so sad to give a 1 star, but I would give 0. We were patrons of Jack and Jill's for 6 years. They used to be THE place in the area. Unfortunately after covid they took a nose dive. All the staff left. Our last and final experience was horrible. First you walk into 2 large dogs in the front area trying to jump out. Then the husband/wife team, all that's left as far as regular staff, was rude and unprofessional. Taking personal/private calls at the reception desk and talking politics unprompted. The 2 haircuts we received were bad too, after we scalded because the stylist couldn't handle our hair type or length. Absolutely will never go back. I'm not surprised they are closing. I hope one day there may be a revival of this once awesome salon, under new management.

The finished hair cut for my kiddo is fine; that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However the experience was not good. For being a place specifically for kids they gave my kiddo no warning for what they were going to do and quickly made physical contact without any warning. Had they taken a moment or two to explain what they were going to do and shown the scissors brush cape spray bottle etc it would have made it much more pleasant. The cute chairs for the kids to choose are the only good thing about this place; but they aren't worth it. Also a heads up they keep 2 large dogs in the salon so if you have an allergy I wouldn't recommend this place. I will not be bringing my kids back here.

Second time attending this salon with my son. The first time they were unable to follow directions and gave a choppy terrible cut but I heard it wasn't the usual and to try again. Today we arrived and despite having made an appointment they mischeduled and blamed me. They were very rude and I left feeling like they insulted my child and myself . I am a Mom of two and this was very disappointing. Rest assured I won't be back.
