Makes no sense that prescription was order 3 days ago and still Not ready. Bad customer service and waist your time. Come on Publix step up to the right service.

I wish we had Publix in my Northern state. They have so many more options than our grocery chain. I've been looking for a specific brand of chips in my home state...NO ONE had them...seen them here in Publix and almost hugged the associate who helese find me lol.

One good thing I have to say about public supermarket. Their pharmacies always have great customer service. Kind and helpful. This is about the only Department that stands out, and is willing to help in the entire store. I never thought I would be talking about, one of public's departments. But it's a disgrace how the rest of the stores being run. Management needs to be fired, or at least retrained. It's not 100% the employees fault. Although the employees are lacking customer skills. Very rude, unhelpful. Look at the customer, like if they're bothering them. I hope this helps someone. By the way the deli, needs to be reconstructed when it comes to management and, employees attitudes towards customer assistance. There is a weak Link in the management, at the deli at this publix. I have never seen a business, run this way. Management is as lazy, and rude and unhelpful as employment. What the hell is going on with this public supermarket. We have been shopping at these public's for decades. Something needs to be done. We are calling corporate office today, to make an official complaint. The way my daughter was treated, yesterday was unacceptable. We will continue to shop at this supermarket, but with an open eye and an awareness, of our surroundings. This store does not even feel safe to shopping.
