The staff (Kepler) was helpful to this novice rider, explaining all the different options, and the place isn't crammed tight like most bike shops. Most places just say "this bike costs X, that bike costs Y" and "you pay for the components" without ever understanding why one bike is $700 and another is $700. Bikes have certainly expanded dramatically since I last bought one, and I didn't feel like a complete idiot here since I'm basically starting with zero knowledge of a sport that has clearly gotten more complicated with technology. Inventory online was accurate when I arrived too, since I had one bike in mind and it was there. That's also a fail in most other places. Good experience, highly recommend.
