I called to get a DOT physical, and was told the Dr. would not write me one because I am a diabetic. She claimed she was not able to because as she understands it diabetics can't get a CDL. I politely asked if there was a way the Dr. could check into that because diabetics have been able to drive trucks for some time now, and I was cut off with "The Dr. knows what she is talking about so you can't get it here." Blindly assuming someone you work with knows more about my disability and how it effects my career shows an astounding level of ignorance. Could you imagine someone telling you a law has changed regarding something that involves so much of their everyday life, and you're to arrogant to listen, let alone verify your opinions. I verified mine twice, they never considered their information being outdated as an option. Be careful with the opinions you get here, there may be no merit to them.

Don't bother trying to get an appointment through their app or website. They said it wasn't connected and that their owner signed them up and provided no information to the staff. I got multiple messages that I had an appointment at 11am to be told I was considered a walk-in with a 2 hour wait.

Two hours. It took two hours to get a COVID test here, and there was no huge flux of patients. The staff was friendly, but that’s where the positives stopped. My wife came to get tested for COVID, they spent an hour figuring out how to run insurance while we waited in the car. She finally went into the office, the doctor must perform an exam to administer a test, tested her for the flu and did blood work which took another hour, and then finally decided to test her for COVID (which took under 5 minutes). We will not be coming back. I will update if they try to play games on the billing, as it should all be covered under COVID diagnostics for my insurance. UPDATE: Wouldn't you know it, I was billed for my appointment because they did not code the services correctly. My insurance will cover 100% of COVID exams and diagnostics without a deductible, but I got an EOB for $112.93. I'll update if they fix their error or not.

I'm a patient, they have a sign for Medicare, $185.00 deductible, I would imagine they will accept you even though your out of the state....the wait in the lobby takes quite some time!
