i thought i will give it a try, even though all the bad reviews about how long you will be on hold when you call... Well, I have been waiting today, right now as i type for 20 minutes, then when i thought someone pick up, i was sent to another track music, to wait more... LOL all I want to know is if they are accepting new patients... i think i should pass this place. sorry! the waiting is true.

I have had nothing but positive experiences in all of my in-person interactions with any of the staff. Dr. Fennell is the best! But mercy upon you if you expect anyone to answer the phone. This was the first time I've tried to do anything with them over the phone (because COVID). After 22 minutes(!!) of hold-time, someone finally answered and was super-helpful. (later that day: I called in three other times today, phone was answered before the fourth ring each time. guess I was unlucky and called them on a super-busy morning)

The office staff is so rude and unaccomadating. I was literally told on the phone that I couldn't get in for a covid test this week and was told that they " literally have thousands of patients so go to an urgent care if you can't wait until next week" and hung up on me. Not to mention almost everytime my grandma or I have an appointment they reschedule it. Seem to me that they can't handle their volume of patients and need to scale. Well here are two that going to help them do that. Do not recommend
