You can go to the pregnancy hotline. They will give you a free test with the confirmation. That way you will be able to get your Sobra Medicaid
In addition, the packaging has to be unopened.
The clinic serves residents of Madison County only.
I'll have to check. I'm on my way to volunteer there now.
No it is truly free. They accept donations for prescriptions that is it! The Drs n nurses are all beyond wonderful
No, you'll need the Free Dental Clinic.
No, we don't. Central North does, and their fees are based on your income.
There's not a dentist here. Call and ask them where to find a dentist who volunteers their time, I've heard the receptionist mention it before but I don't remember where it was.
They don't do things like that but call them Tuesday after 9 to be sure??!!
I'm not sure,are you a patient
I'm not sure ,I'm a patient there,Tuesdays and Thursdays they make appointments to be seen
Would suggest making an appointment and when you call to do that, ask them on the phone. I go here for simple blood pressure and diabetic medicine. Im sure they do provide the test your looking for. If not, they will definitely point you in the right direction. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
They are closed do to covid19. Dont know when they are reopening.
Yes tues&thurs starting at 130
It's for people who don't have any insurance....
Are you a patient?
They do not take insurance everything is free there!! They do most everything there except seats CT scans stuff like that isnt done there!!
To be a patient, come on Tuesday or Thursday at 2 PM to meet with the director. Bring an official ID, social security number, and proof of income. You must be a Madison County resident.

No clinic on Pulaski Pike might they charge on a sliding scale or the health department
No not that I'm aware of,health department probably best choice, but I'd call both before just showing up. Hope this helps.
I'm not sure. Come on a Tuesday/Thursday at 2 PM with proof of residency and your check stub. You'll meet with the director and she will answer that question for you.

If you're not a patient, you need to come in on a Tuesday or Thursday at 2:00 p.m. to get registered. You'll meet with the director and be scheduled for an appointment at that time. Since the clinic will be closed the week of Christmas, you might want to go ASAP to enable you to get an appointment before the holiday.

I'll let them know the next time I go to volunteer. We did have signs posted for a month.
