I went to Crestwood Vein Center to get ultrasound. I talked to the doctor. That part was good and everyone was nice. I had to schedule another appointment in three months. I forgot my appointment and for days I called and they never called me back. I had to go down there to find out the date for the appointment. When I arrived no one was at the desk. I had to wait a while until someone appeared. They called and rescheduled my second appointment, because the doctor doesn’t come on Thursday’s anymore and I was led to believe the doctor would be there for my second appointment. When I arrived at the rescheduled appointment there was no one at the desk again. When she arrived she said I could get my ultrasound, but the doctor was not there. She gave me a card with Dr. Kiessling’s phone number on it. It was very disappointing. Now I’m having to wait what seems like forever to find out the results of the ultrasound. ☹️
