I believe she is accepting some new patients right now. They will make a copy of your insurance for the purpose of turning in a pa which is a prior authorization but she doesn't handle insurance for doing payments. You will receive a pick paper at the end of yourself appointment which you take home and you can turn it into your insurance. It's pretty easy to do that step on your own and they will help you with it. Just give them a call and they will talk to you and a hello with anything you need. Dr. Williams is one of the best and coolest dr's out there. You will be glad you went to her. Just let me know if you have anymore questions.
If she has availability she will help. I used to be a patient of her colleague who is in the same office and I was on Subutex/Suboxone as well as a benzodiazepine for anxiety.
