I 1000% recommend Christian and her team. They were excellent at communicating with me, before and during my microblading. Christian is top-notch at her craft. And Amber and Taylor were completely amazing at providing high-quality hospitality during my procedure. Christian and her team will walk you through every step of your procedure, making sure that you’re comfortable. They have created such a relaxed, yet professional, environment that if you have any questions, you can feel comfortable to ask. They apply numbing cream approximately 30 minutes before your procedure. In regards to pain, my left brow didn’t really hurt at all. My right eyebrow tends to be more sensitive to anything - waxing, threading, etc. So naturally the pain was worse during the procedure. Christian applied additional numbing and gave me frequent breaks. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with this team and can’t wait to visit them for my follow-up and additional skin care needs.

My first micro blading experience here was the best. Super professional and clean. Each visit after my initial micro blading and initial touch up (a total of 3 other visits) have been everything but. I scheduled my first fill with Christian and when I got there they acted like all was great until a woman came in to do my brows who was not the one I scheduled with. I was told Christian was out of town. Reluctantly I let this woman fill in my brows after I was assured she was fully trained. There was no cleaning and very little numbing. One month later my brows faded right back to where they were prior to the fill in. After explaining over the phone, I schedule another appointment, and repeated the whole process. I was never given a discount or anything for the issues I had. This year I called, scheduled my yearly fill in, and confirmed that my appointment would in fact be with Christian. I arrive to my appointment, am told to sit with the numbing on for 20 minutes and then she’d be right in. One hour later they come in and bring me to a separate room. Yet again my brows were never cleaned AND Christian was out of the country. I have wasted so much time and money on a very less than professional experience. I researched and felt comfortable with Christian but having been thrown into a situation where I know nothing about the brow artist and having an awful experience when I allowed her employee to do my brows, I will not be going back. I have tried calling the office multiple times to discuss my issues and to reschedule, but have received no call back and they are never available to answer the phone.
