I was outside and the trash man about 3:37 PM I could not hear what he was saying but he was very rude and very disrespectful towards a customer so I don’t understand why he thinks that someone who doesn’t have a Something to rinse out and out the trashcan but the person that he was with was tossing the trash cans throwing trash on the on the ground And they’re always late I understand that they’re short standard all people but there’s no reason for their actions

I put the garbage cans out the night before and they are not picked up and emptied until 5:30, later or not at all. They just came by today, Saturday at 10:37.

We unfortunately have this company as rubbish removal because we live in Rome. Our garbage is constantly forgotten when they do pick up. Our garbage goes out the night before and is right by the road. My husband has called the company 4 times. Spoke to a person first time, left messages the other 3 times. Was told it would be picked up the next day. 5 days later it’s STILL in our can by the road. Ridiculous, never had to have this issue when we had Bliss.

Often forget streets on their routes. When called, they lie and say they will send a truck but never do. Complaints registered with the city.
