I've been positive for21 years now so I'm a little familiar with something like this... That's something that is legal related. Maybe you can go to thecourt and explain you need this vehicle for medical appts. Hopefully it wasn't involved in criminal activity because then that's another story. You could also go to local church's and ask for help with money to get your car out. Explain your situation .. I've found that they are willing to help people in need just have to keep asking until you find the right person...good luck my friend
