Room was disgusting. If there was an option for 0 stars this place would’ve had it. Surprisingly enough in my thirty minute stay there was no bugs but I’m sure they were just hiding, getting accustomed to new company. Front desk assistant was rude as hell when told about the dirty room to which she replied “It’s a 1 star hotel, what did you expect”.

The front desk clerk call the police and told me I had until 12pm to leave at 11:40am this morning because I asked why housekeeping has not stop by the room to clean which has to be done twice a week per your hotel policy. I don't understand why staff think you have to accept their excuses when you paying your money. I been her three months and I put up with not having a key to my room meaning the front desk got to open the door. The manager said hotel policy state room cleaning can not be refused. Its hard to comply when the staff use excuses to not make it happen. When I get frustrated the staff want to act like they not at fault and I am the problem. I have the right to ask questions about a service you claim you provide. I have the right to call the police when you do not come to open my door. It doesn't matter why a person choice to use your services. What matter is you was chosen.

I almost saw a fight the 1st few minutes of being there. I was charged more than I was supposed 2 be. My husband went 2 the ice machine (which was broken) & stepped on a homeless person! There were blankets by the ice machine so he thought maybe there was a leak but no! It was some sleeping. I was renting a room 4 my mom but I don't want 2 ever have her stay there again if possible...

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled terrible. Roaches in the bathroom. Someone's black hair under the supposedly clean towels. No hot water to shower with. Even after I let it run for a few minutes. Filthy bedspread and sheets, with several cigarettes burns in each. Left as soon as the sun rised. Roach on the nightstand next to the bed as I was leaving. I should have read the reviews ahead of time, but it was late and I was tired. Total waste of $70+ taxes. It would have been better to sleep at a rest stop.
