I absolutely love Publix! The products, customer service, hospitality, etc; That being said, please!!! never stop using the hospitality you have. Love that they sack and take groceries to the car! I have a bad back and they are always helpful! Last week I went to Publix 2 times and I was not asked if I needed help with my groceries. I was quite disappointed and let down. That has never happened..😒 Please continue to keep asking the customer if they need help. Thank you!
