My wife and I have been living at Briarhill Apartments for 3 years. For the most part, we have had a good experience so far and it seems like the new management company has been trying to make changes here. They are doing upgrades throughout the community. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe and the location is great being close to shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Something to improve though is management needs to be a bit more proactive when a request is made. I feel like we need to reach to them twice to get something taken care of. Once we reach a second time, they act fast but the action needs to be done the first time you reach out. Another thing that needs to be improved is trash collection. Sometimes (especially weekends) the garbage accumulates and the view and smell is not nice. In general terms, we are happy at Briarhill.

I've been at this complex for about 2 months now. So far so good. The leasing staff has been very friendly and helpful with addressing my concerns in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, my neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves which I appreciate. I learned that recently management has changed and they are working diligently to improve the complex, for instance updated signage and an upcoming dog park. My only issue with the complex is with residents that are dog-owners not cleaning up after their pets. The office staff has ensured that we have bags and several areas to properly dispose of pet waste, as residents we need to work together to ensure that the complex is clean for everyone...we all pay to live here and should have respect for one another and most importantly the environment.

It is quite obvious that the new management company is doing everything they can to elevate this apartment living experience. They are doing upgrades throughout the community and they reply quickly to emails and maintenance requests. The community is safe and the gate is always working (not always the case at other communities). They do a solid job at communicating all items with their residents.

They have been helpful when we have reached out to them and the maintenance team has also been responsive and very kind. The apartment complex has been throwing monthly events for the residents and the location is great being close to shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Something to improve though is management needs to be a bit more proactive when a request is made.
