Just received a message from concierge at 12:30 to a vacate the property because there’s a fire. No fire alarm. Is this the safest way to respond to a fire? What about everybody who didn’t get the concierge message still asleep with a raging fire? There are literally just like 25 people hanging out in the lobby and no direction at all about what’s going on. Are the people upstairs safe? Is it legal not to alert them?

Unit came infested with Smokey Brown cockroaches. Day one: talking a few adults and a hundred babies. AC was broken on move-in and took a week to fix. As others have said, common areas are also roach-infested. Other apartment complexes in midtown are cheaper and don't have roaches invading your home in waves. Will update / remove review if this issue can finally be addressed.

My fiancé and I recently relocated to Atlanta from Pittsburgh. After touring several other apartment communities, it was obvious that this was the best choice. We decided to rent at Trace because of the friendliness of the staff (thank you Devin, Todd, and Alexis!), the clean common areas, and unbeatable location. The concierge team is 24 hours and very nice to work with. The process of moving was easy, and the team at Trace took so much stress off of us as we made our move to a different state! The building is also extremely pet friendly and the amenities are top notch and always clean. Looking forward to the Tacos and Tequila resident event tonight!
