We love this place. The pool had a lot of issues this year due to shortage of lifeguards so hopefully next year they hire more, or hire some that can work more than 4-7.

The view of the Potomac from my friends lot is incredible! Community center has a lot to offer for kids of all ages even grown up kids like this 53 year old kid! There are 2 apostate pools complete with contoured and a water slide. They have a camp store, full restaurant and bar. The bar has a pool table and a west Virginia lottery game room. They also have horse show pits. There is a play ground a large pavilion and open space. On July fourth weekend they put on the best fireworks show I've ever seen and I live in the suburbs of DC! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

An empty lot runs about $8000. Yearly fees are $1400. There are many improved lots with campers and buildings for $20000 up.
Yup 1300 for the whole year plus ur taxes ...3 yrs of taxes only 67 bucks ...can't beat it ...just think a family of 4 would drop 1300 easy for just 1 week down the ocean ...at River Bend you get 9 MONTHS of fun n games!!! Not to mention that 99.9% of fellow RiverBenders campers are GREAT people
Right now the hub is full so they can't take new customers. We use a Verizon unlimited hotspot and it works good. It works at 2 different lots with no problem. Even if my phone doesn't have service it will connect to the hotspot and work.

You can buy a few empty lots buy stopping buy the office when they are open. They have a list of the lots that are available. But Facebook Marketplace is full of "improved " lots for sale in all different price ranges. You can find them from maybe $18,000 to over $100,000 depending on the condition of the housing on them, size of the lot, and the location of the lot.
