I had the pleasure of meeting Roz here. She helped find perfect insoles and supportive shoes. It was a delight to interact with her! She called me a couple weeks later and I happened to be sick at the time. I was so touched when I received a "get well soon" card in my mailbox a few days later, with a sweet, handwritten note from her!! What a wonderful lady!!

The staff are always very helpful, and they make sure the shoe fits perfect. I have high arches, and the shoes at this store provide great support. I no longer have foot and back pain while walking.

I went here specifically to try on running shoes that I was able to see they carried online. The sales lady was so rude, and made us feel like she didn’t want us there. (My husband was also looking to buy a pair). I had questions about how people liked specific shoes and she told me their customers don’t run so she doesn’t know. She didn’t give me any info on what shoe would be a good option for me and was over all extremely unhelpful. We did end up buying 2 pairs of shoes, and spending over $300 and even that didn’t make this lady act any nicer. Over all we felt like we were inconveniencing her by being a paying customer :) The only reason I gave them a sale is because they did carry the shoes I specifically wanted to be able to try on and I didn’t want to risk buying them online and not liking the fit.
