DO NOT USE THIS! The staff is unprofessional and incompassionate. They do not follow medical protocol and do not adhere to compliance guidelines. They've been neglectful and uncommunicative to say the least, trust me when I say your loved ones are NOT in good hands at this facility!!!!!!

Believe the one star reviews this place almost killed my mother with their negligence. The Director of Nursing Tammy thinks its funny when a persons loved one is in distress because she sure laughed on the phone when I asked for an ambulance for my mother and Admin/whatever she is Jessica also needs to be removd from her job and stripped of her LSW, along with the other Social worker. Do not send your love one there and if you have a love one there remove immediately because they will kill someone do to their negligence. Also DON,Admin and Social worker are off from Friday till Monday while little staff is available during the weekend, great way to back staff. You enjoy your weekend and leave staff struggling this place is a dump and upper level staff is the trash.
