Parent spent two weeks there. The Physical Therapy team lead by Jess is top shelf. Nothing but praise for that department. Half of the Nurses and Aids are excellent the other half need to pick up there game. One suggestion every room should have one comfortable chair.

Oh my goodness!! My mom had been to 5 other rehabilitation centers before arriving at Liberty. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The staff are simply amazing. They demonstrated such care, concern , and patience not only with my mom, but also my family. Thank you everyone who took care of my mom. She thanks you, too.

I’ve been to a lot of terrible facilities working through agency, but wow this place is beyond the worst! Please avoid! While the residents were easy to care for (despite being understaffed) the nurses were TERRIBLE. Talk about egotistical people that let a little power get to their heads. The behavior from the unit manager with the long braids and gold tooth, who seems to think she’s also the boss, is appalling. Staff seemed truly intimidated by her and she needs a reality check. Nurses purposely ignore the aides and are the most condescending nurses I’ve come across. No wonder their turnover rate is insane and new aides constantly leave before training is even finished. Most dreadful place I’ve worked due to the mean girl, clique behavior! I didn’t even receive a proper report so I HOPE I cared for my assigned residents correctly. A successful facility needs true team work and togetherness, this facility isn’t familiar with that which makes work impossible, resulting in residents being in danger. The FEW staff aides they have are great and they should feel lucky to have them, but I was well informed they don’t. Do not let the polished appearance of this facility fool you. I was there ONE night and could not believe how dysfunctional this facility was due to staff egos—felt unreal.

I would give this devil facility a ZERO if l could this is the most ghetto place I've ever been in patient call for help and nobody ever came mom was here for one day and cried out for help to get in the bathroom some irritated helfer came I not to do a job but complaining about helping her please just on your family members here this place was investigated for NEGLECT many times l heard people have died here so please do your research before you come 😢😡
