The only publicly available phone number is a central number for both locations and no option on that line for the medical or dental clinics answer the phone, return voice messages, and their email addresses do not return emails. I have been trying every day for a month and can not contact anyone.

My suggestion would be to ask your doctor at CCHC. I'm guessing that would be P.A.Robson. He or his primary nurse (Adele) should be able to point you in the right direction and/or get you a list of places that could help you to obtain that particular medicine.
I've been going to the one on Wilkinson blvd since the very first day that they opened and have received exemplary healthcare the entire time.
