This place is terrible the nursing staff is atrocious, the D.O.N is a professional cigarette smoker who doesn’t care for the residents at all, the aids must be taking care of virtual patients because they are always on there phone I am convinced the director should receive SSI checks...(and not because he’s old) it’s giving short bus. Activities Department keeps a smile on the residents faces they genuinely care don’t take your loved ones her I’ll be taking my mother out shortly oh and it always stanky up in dat piece!

I was optimistic about this place because of the reviews but I was disappointed. The smell at times could be quite strong. There needs to be more interactions with the staff and residents. Everytime I came to visit, everyone was always sitting, looking overmedicated, drooling. I guess all the residents come and go as they please in each others rooms, which isn't a problem until the pictures we left came up missing. I had my loved one transferred to another facility and he only came with his radio and the clothes on his back. No one seems to know where his stuff is. The caseworker is pleasant and seems to enjoy her job. However she must be overworked because she rarely returns calls and follows up with things she has said she was going to do. My loved one often complained about the vulgar talk that the staff would engage in, with residents within earshot. I'm glad we got out of there.

The rooms of a closet with prison green forget him better than your arm you can barely fit by yourself didn't feel very welcome me my safety every patient feels Bard in your room not enough gas to keep a close eye on them.

I would recommend Burlington house to anyone my mother was there and everyone and i mean every one was outstanding i never had to worry once while she was there. The compassion of everyone to the receptionist lori to the finance manager brandon to all the hard working nurses that cared for my mom every single day. When my mother passed they made sure i got to see her before and after she passed they were like another family to me. When i was with my mom before the funeral home came and got her 3 different nurses came in all had tears in there eyes and shared a personal story with me about her and how they loved here they had genuine love for her they really do care and are top notch i love you all thank you for taking such good care of my best friend.
