Wait times are long, scheduling will place you at least 2 to 3 months and even then you'll wait for over an hour for your appointment. Twice I came in on my appointment date only to find out there were no dentists in and had to wait another 3 months for the new scheduled date. I assume they must be understaffed, calling ahead to ask doesn't help as the phone is rarely answered. Im not sure of the names but there is a lady dentist there that did really good on my first filling, however there is another dentist who did my other two at a later date. He messed up my fillings and now I have extreme pain to the point I avoid eating because of it and will have to have them fixed, possibly needing a root canal now.

1. I was scheduled at 830 after 3 R/S appt sue to Dr being sick, and 5 other ppl were scheduled at the exact same time, one person left((only ONE Dr in facility)) .2 then proceeded to wait an hour before I was called back AFTER someone showed up for a 9 an appt who called back before me. 3. Walked up to front desk and how much longer and to confirm my appt time b/c it HAD to be a mix up of me waiting so long, I got word salad as she looked for someone else to confirm my time not evennn looking it up on the computer and ironically she’s the one that was scheduling patients(she had no scrubs on). 4. Get taking back 15 min later to get X-rays , on the most outdated equipment I’ve seen in my life and facility lighting was horrible, this is also a dental school to my knowledge which raises a lot of concerns. 5. The Dr comes in and says my daughters name, build ZERO rapport and no attempt to make her comfort able, didn’t ask how she was feeling , just later the chair back and proceeded to abruptly tell her to scoot up. 6 . He’s moving around in her mouth like she a grown man & she’s 7, and not being gentle at all, the STUDENT had no idea where she was supposed to be and was letting water just get all down in her neck that I had to tell her to wipe it. , he rushed he cleaning like normally REAL dentist take about decent 15 -20 min , it was less that 5 min FOR SURE and then asked was I ready , absolutely not, btw it’s almost 1030, and I was there at 830. The last dentist that was a female made it Bearable, this new guy, ridiculous , students just standing there talking not being proactive dentist wasn’t engaging them , in steps , mind you we were just here for a CLEANING. Wow Will never reschedule here ever!

I’m here right now writing this I absolutely RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO COME HERE ESPECIALLY FOR EMERGENCY DENTIST TREATMENT HAD A AWFUL TOOTH PAIN ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE TO MY EAR COULDNT EAT OR SLEEP FOR EVER CAME TODAY AND THEY NUMB ME AND GOT ME OUT JUST LIKE THAT NO AFTER PAIN OR ANYTHING BEST DENIST HANDS DOWN I WILL MAKE THIS MY PRIMARY OFFICE AND THEY DO ACCEPT MOST HEALTH INSURANCE AS WELL GOD BLESS YOU GUYS FOR GETTING MY BROKEN TOOTH OUT

I have an appointment at this clinic at 2:45 today , I was there around 2:20 the whole building was closed! No staff there ! This appointment was made in April though! There is an outside sign says they close 4:30
