Thats crazy. Answering a question wrong shouldn't take as long as something like fraud. Even so, you answered that question wrong that week. It shouldnt have stopped your payments the following week(s) if you answered those questions correctly. Did it stop your following payment? Also that seems like something those who do answer should be able to help you with without referring you to a level 2 person. Its been months and ppl have just been getting nowhere or the run around. I once was locked out of my account because somehow they said my pin was wrong. I would still be waiting if i had gave up instead of constantly trying numerous sets of numbers i thought it could be and finally I got the pin correct. If i didnt i would still be waiting. It took me two weeks but once the pin was accepted i received both weeks. Now i was flagged for fraud and theres no way around that until a level 2 person reviews my case with the documents i sent weeks ago.

You have two go up there or call tell them I need you claims backdated so you can claim for whatever week then you should be able to log in and you should show green on the weekly claim part and the you just keep filing til you get them done

He doesnt care. I read an article that Kendra Horn wrote a letter to his office behind the many people not getting help and being stalled. She also mentioned things like getting the system updated more people to help. She was outraged behind the many people having to result in going in person standing in the heat and not being able to social distance with most still being turned around. Camping out in their cars, make shift tents, etc and no response from his office. That's crazy how can the he or his office not respond to her in which she's in the same statute basically as him. Regardless of republican/ democratic they both represents the state of Oklahoma and should be trying to help their citizens which most are unemployed at the time. Then they speak about being proud of the new system which doesn't do anything or more than the previous one. Point blank what they need is only tier 2 or level 2 ppl staffed since they're the only ones who could do anything.

You can't! I just spoke with a representative. Yesterday they won't let you email it! You either have to mail it in or take it to the unemployment office near you and let the upload it! Or fax it to them

If it's for unemployment go down there. It's a line but they are really helpfully and I left and got my money the next day.

mine is. I called the card and they said to call my unemployment office. Did that. And they are closed to the public

However long they want, probably forever. A lot of people don't ever see any of their money no matter how long they wait on the phone or argue with the scammers-oops🤭 I mean workers. Bringing Id, w-2s, nothing works. Now they're even trying to force people who never got anything to pay them back for "overpayment".

The oesc has a bunch of scammers employed there. Most of us won't get a penny of what they owe us. We should all rally outside their building.

You can't get it back. The oesc is filled with scammers. How do you think there's been soooo much fraud? Practically any other organization wouldn't have this much fraud if there wasn't internal mishandling of people's information.

You won't get your back pay. Trust me, you'll starve waiting for it. Look for other sources of income. Thousands of people have lost everything waiting on the oesc to do their jobs like they're supposed to.

I would try to get a job as fast as you can. Unemployment was originally created to be a snack until you get your next big meal (your next job). They have programs there that can retrain you for a higher paying job. I would get a temporary job, and try to get trained for something better. Just know that if you get a job in construction YOU BETTER BE TOUGH. I would avoid concrete work if I were you...

I drove to the office from Norman... Waited in line to talk to someone... Drove home... Under 2 hours total... You'll have much better luck in person, trust me.

It seems like you would be eligible but I'm not sure and there are a couple other requirements (like did you work here in the state and stuff like that). Go ahead and file a claim. Its free to file. If they say you don't qualify, it didn't cost you anything.

I went to workforce Oklahoma last week about this very thing. Their answer . . . We dont know as we haven't got the instructions yet. They said to watch the news.

I have been waiting since May 22to get my issue resolved and during one of many conversations with these agents they did tell me that we could back date the LWA extra pay once the issue is resolved.

It doesn't, the oesc steals all of it before you get a penny since they have all your personal information. Then they tell you to just keep filing and going up there.

If you want to be seen I'd be there from 4-5am. That's what time I got there and I was still 145 on the list. Also bring food or be sure to listen to the numbers they call. Depending on where you are in line will tell you how long you will be sitting

I'm not one to defend these people as they took 4 months to get my stuff done but if you went in the morning and stood in line with the rest of the people with your same issue then your stuff would be handled same day, get there by 7 and the nice ladies will take care of you.

They helped my brother and I with our issues, just get there by 7 if you want to be in the early 30's

You will have to go to OESC at 2401 n lincoln and go early before 7 am you will wait for 1 hour but it's worth it if you wait longer the lines get really long.it could take 4 or 5 hours.
