Last 3 times I called I was on the phone over 3 hours all 3 times. Put your headset on and go about your life and when they answer, they answer. Call at noon cause if you're waiting past 5 pm the machine hangs up on everyone still on the line.
Call ,I stayed on hold for 1:58 minutes last Saturday. It's a wait but worth your issue getting resolved.
