You will have to go to OESC at 2401 n lincoln and go early before 7 am you will wait for 1 hour but it's worth it if you wait longer the lines get really long.it could take 4 or 5 hours.
Go to 2401 N. Lincoln get there around 6:30 they do not open till 8 but there is a line they will fix it once i got in was done in less than 15 mins. Probably have to go Monday hope it helps
