Going in helped me. The office on lincoln in OKC is open. I was able to get everything squared away after talking to someone within an hour.
I am the same way since 24 March 20. Now I have fraud codes that will not be removed and i have faxed and email my ID numerous times to different state agencies. This is past rediculous.
I too have been waiting for a level 2 to call me back and have had $0 and have been calling every other day for 14 weeks and have never had a call back.
Does anybody know if there is a fraud claim person there to help me get a frog code off of my unemployment
I've been getting my benefits and now all of a sudden it's saying due to an an unresolved issue payment was not made it's going on 9weels since I've been paid and no one has ever contacted me bk Ive waited on hold for over 6hours waiting to speak to someone something has got to give
Im still waiting too been over 2 months and a level 2 still has not called me. This is so hard even more so with special needs kids. They suffer cause I don't have money for OT or Dr. Appts. Sometimes I just wanna give up on faith but I keep going. Don't have a choice they(kiddos) deserve the best.

You won't get any of your $. The workers are scammers. There is mass organized crime within the oesc. If there wasn't there wouldn't be so much fraud and identity theft. Do you think it's just a coincidence that workers are writing people's personal information (example: ss#, dob, full name and address) on pieces of paper? Thousands of people have lost everything waiting on them to do their jobs.
36 weeks and $0...(28 weeks in previous claim case & 8 weeks in current claim) pending .. awaiting judication...

Im going through a similar situation. There is a code 33 on my accout it been on there since September 2020 for a new hire. I got laid off in January went to file my week and 0$. I spoke to a IMS supposly and it was to come off in couple weeks she said. Its DAMN May and its still on there 18 weeks no payments. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me thete is not one to speak with WTF. This is BS i hablve a 4 year opd daughter and 5 year old son that lives in my home i have bill. Covid 19i is real this Pandemic is real. Where's the justice for working Americans who got layed off

Here's the problem.Your dealing with the worst agency in Ok. For instance Did Everyone 18 and Older get federal funds from the unemployment Department when the pandemic Relief Money we available.? Of course not..By the way the pandemic Relief Money had ( NOTHING TO DO WITH UNEMPLOYMENT.OR TAXS OR THE COLOR OF YOUR HAIR.) IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RETRO ACTIVELY RELEASED WITH NO WAITING PERIOD OR HOLD AS Per GOV.STITT.EVERYONE WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE$20.001.00 EACH NOT $600 WEEKLY WITH YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT.PLUS THE FEDERAL WEBSITE STATES THAT NO STATES ARE ALLOWED TO WITH HOLD FEDERAL FUNDS FROM CLAIMENTS.BUT THEY DID IN A BIG WAY.THEY SIMPLY INVESTED THE $1.5 BILLION OR MORE AND THATS WHY OKLAHOMA IS IN THE BLACK .EVEN AFTER THE LAST STIMULUS THE OK UNEMPLOYMENT DEP RETURN ED $60. MILLION BACK TO THE FED'S.THERES CORORSIAN HERE.NOT DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN.BUT A MIDDLE EVIL THAT IS IN CHARGE OF THE THEFT HERE .ALSO KEEPING PEOPLE IN JAIL LONGER THAN USUAL FOR THE FEDERAL DAILY ALOTMENT OF $140

Is the unemployment office at 2401 N. Lincoln indeed open. The system will not recognize my pin & as so will not allow me to file my PUA claim. When I called they said a “tech” will have to call me. They said it could be 3 days or a month. I cannot wait that long or the deadline will be past for me to file my PUA claim.
