Thats crazy. Answering a question wrong shouldn't take as long as something like fraud. Even so, you answered that question wrong that week. It shouldnt have stopped your payments the following week(s) if you answered those questions correctly. Did it stop your following payment? Also that seems like something those who do answer should be able to help you with without referring you to a level 2 person. Its been months and ppl have just been getting nowhere or the run around. I once was locked out of my account because somehow they said my pin was wrong. I would still be waiting if i had gave up instead of constantly trying numerous sets of numbers i thought it could be and finally I got the pin correct. If i didnt i would still be waiting. It took me two weeks but once the pin was accepted i received both weeks. Now i was flagged for fraud and theres no way around that until a level 2 person reviews my case with the documents i sent weeks ago.
This agency in my opinion, is up to no good. I have the same issues as most of these complaints, id say embezzlement of federal funding is the game. Funny, how us self-employed folks receive fraud flaggings, cant get an answer, not paid, claim agents lie. Im done. This agency is terrible.
You need to bug them everyday. I had a problem with my claim back in August when they did the LWA payment and I did a chat everyday until they fixed the problem
