They hook your car up to a machine to see if your car passes all IM readiness monitors and doesn't have a check engine light, or if its a non ODBII vehicle, you get a sniffer up the tail pipe. Process doesn't take long. If its before '95 warm up yoyr car 15 minutes before taking your car in.

Everyone was wearing masks, even during the test drive. I never saw 1 person, customer or employee not wearing masks inside and or out.

If you have a appointment with the service department do they take your car in right away or dk you have to wait

Your appointment is with the Service Advisor. We try to get vehicles in as close as possible to your appointment time, but sometimes the vehicle in front of yours takes more time than we anticipate.

I have a 2019 Nissan Altima. I am about to be on my 2nd windshield. The 1st windshield had a defect. This week hit by 2 small rocks, that should really only cause a chip. Not 6-8 inch cracks. Never had this many issues with a windshield.

Unfortunately we live in a state with many rocks and debris on our streets and highways. Weather can also affect the amount of damage caused by chips. Extreme cold or heat can make a small chip grow quickly.

How do I remove my name from the mailing list. I traded in my 2009 Nissan Rogue because of all the problems I was having with it. I had transmission problems two months after the warranty for the 2nd transmission had expired. Frustrating!

You can contact the dealership to be removed from a local mailing list. Nissan Customer Service can remove you from the national mailing lists. You can reach them at the number listed in your Owner's Manual.
