If you can find anything better than PODS then do it. We paid over $20,000 and they still charged us $190 for a POD that was in route to me. It was a storage fee. My account online was down and I had to call and because of my account being down they said they couldn’t help me because they couldn’t do anything. This is the biggest scam. I even filed a complaint and was told that she could refund me $100 and then she would send it to someone who can approve more. That storage fee was charged because I nor them could schedule anything due to my account being locked. And to top it off I was charged an additional $45.95 for God only knows what that was for.

Everything was good until I was unloading and had four damaged pieces of furniture and appliances. Called to make a claim. Was told to take pics and someone would call me. I was told I had 72 hours to make a claim. On the third day I called back and was told my case would be given to a certain named individual. I waited several days again and no return call. After awhile you forget to call and follow up. But a week later I called again. This time is was told that PODS does not handle the complaints themselves but their insurance company. By that time I was fed up with the stalling and run around. I believe that is how they keep from paying out on damages. Will not use again. Not worth it

I believe you can pick between 12 feet, 16 feet and 20 feet long. I would say they are about 7 ft tall and maybe 5 feet wide. They do have a calculator on their site where you can try to find the right size you need.
They provide blankets to wrap up it up they rather have you put it in a box if possible but nothing for pictures
You have to call the main office to get that situated
Yes! At all of our locations, customers’ containers are kept inside so they’re not exposed to the elements.
