Took my car in for brakes. Left dealership, glad someone was following me because I didn't have break lights. Went back to dealership and Jared advisor said he didn't understand that couldn't have happened at dealership? They replaced two backup bulbs. Did not leave me with confidence my brakes are even done right, if they did not check my vehicle backup brake lights??

Unlike other Hyundai dealers, they let me put money down to reserve an Ioniq 5 earlier this year. Took delivery of it yesterday. No dealer markups or hard sell on service contracts and add-ons. Finance department found me a better rate than my pre-approved deal. Just an all around fantastic experience!

No one is trustworthy at the dealership
It also happened to me. Very manupilitaig. I paid my car off the next month but still had to pay alot more than expected. Salesman should be taken to court and prosecuted for being so misleading. It looks like they are in with the credit union to make money. I also did not want to use that credit union but they did i it anyway. I stated to them I wanted to use the credit union that I had uses in the past. Very upsetting .
Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.
Our service department opens at 8:00 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on Saturday.
