I can not say enough kind things about Shawn, the front desk gentleman at Littleton Enterprise. He was so kind as I set up my rental and when I had issues as it was an insurance claim rental he helped me every step of the way with a smile on his face. The insurance company was being less than pleasant and he still spoke kindly back to them as well as myself. I would highly recommend this rental company.

I went here last year had no problems but what they ask from u now is insane... Current Bill witch I have my bills isn't due until the 25th so it says past due..when it's not.. so then you need credit card .. don't have one don't like them.. drivers licence I have.. so before it was licence bank card good... Now it's current Bill credit card licence

Bad Customer Service. Hang up and disconnect as a standard practice instead of answering. Waited 5 minutes to be hung up on. Happened to other people I talked to as well. Waste time. Don't address problems. Please someone at Enterprise DO SOMETHING. We will not rent from you again.

I absolutely won’t ever and I mean EVER do business with this company again. We went to pick up a car and when we got there they didn’t have a car available even though we reserved one so they gave us a “Free” upgrade to a massive suburban. I asked for something small because we were going to do a lot of traveling so they said we can drive to Plymouth New Hampshire and pick up a car. So we get there we get a car everything’s fine we’re driving and we get to a total so we flip the gray box down to be able to use the talk feature that they have to find out that there’s no toll tag inside there so we ended up going through it without paying. So I end up calling the toll authority myself and paying the fee for the dollar for that toll.And then about a week later Enterprise charges me a three dollar fee for using the gray box plus the dollar for the tour. I called at enterprise and explained I already paid the toll and they should never charged me. And then nobody and I mean nobody, was able to see a charge for that toll charge. I was on the phone for over an hour with enterprise. I I would give the company a zero if possible. I am very dissatisfied. Oh yeah I also had a 30 dollar additional driver fee for me being on the account as my husbands wife so they said that should be free. They did give me the money back for that. You get all kinds of charges for anything and everything and it seems no one can see charges but they sure take your money, and send and email saying they did it. Come on this is kinda crazy!
