Ordered a wrap and two heros and the food was old and and disgusting! Wrap was like a snack wrap from McDonald's. Restaurant was not busy and food was all unacceptable food. Tried calling to speak with managers and was put on hold for 30 minutes and then told someone should call us back.

This place is a hidden gem. The dine in experience is fantastic from the service to the food. Vincenzo's deserves to be packed on Saturday nights!
