I have a 2019 Nissan Altima. I am about to be on my 2nd windshield. The 1st windshield had a defect. This week hit by 2 small rocks, that should really only cause a chip. Not 6-8 inch cracks. Never had this many issues with a windshield.

Unfortunately we live in a state with many rocks and debris on our streets and highways. Weather can also affect the amount of damage caused by chips. Extreme cold or heat can make a small chip grow quickly.

Have had 2 nissan from Melloy, 2014 sentra and 2020 rogue. No problems. Have you spoken with the dealership?

I have had my Nissan for almost four years. Never had a problem
