I will never go there again. Everything was horrible. The tables were filthy no ketchup or mustard or salt and pepper on the tables ice maker was broke....the place is a DUMP...seriously I would not go there again

So I love Dairy Queen's burgers and chicken strips but this time it was a disaster today. Even though the chicken strips were good and you cannot find that type of honey mustard anywhere, the burger was disgusting!!!!! I don’t know if they used processed beef patties or what. Just from a single glance I knew something was wrong with the meat. It had a grayish color to it instead of being dark brown but still retain that look of being grilled. Then I took a risk and ate two bites. It reminded me of a tough turkey patty!! NEVER in all my years have I experience that from a DQ location but this one. And this was my first and now ONLY visit! Because even though the food was bad, the cashier made me wanted to drive off and find somewhere else to eat.

This is one of the worse DQ ever. Today I went there and they had no fried foods. What kind of fast food place does not have french fries or burgers. There is always a problem at this location and you really hire more capable managers.

I think some of tho is a way for businesses to recoup losses from Covid. What happened to all their products they had before covid? Food prices never have taken a dive and have risen constantly over the past few years.

Yup. Have seen people putting jackets back on once jnside When I asked about it once, the reply was something about outside air mixing with inside air. But that would mean hot outside air during the summer as well? Makes no sense. I think they just dont know how the system works, or how to shut off the AC portion, or there is something wrong with it and just won't get the system serviced/fixed.
